im trying to run a music program from dos but i get this,FATAL ERROR:this program requires a mouse at 0000:0000,does this mean i need to download a mouse driver for dos?if so what would be the best site?thanks....

Depending on what version of DOS you have you may already have a Mouse Driver on your system check under C:\DOS for a file called mouse.com, But it was removed in the later releases so if you dont have it you can get it here: http://www.bootdisk.com/dosfiles/mouse.exe if its already there in your DOS directory then open your autoexec.bat and add the line

C:\DOS\MOUSE.COM

if you downloaded the file you can put it in your DOS directory and or create another directory for it and modify the line above to point to where you put it. Your mouse can also be loaded into upper memory if neede by putting LH in front of it, This driver will work with most mice produced, but on the off chance that it dosent you can probably get a driver made just for your mouse at www.driverguide.com
