Need a Driver---hotkey.exe

I was deleting some stuff and accidentally deleted something I needed...I know--it was assnine!!! The message that pops up when starting is (cannot find C:\WINDRV\hotkey.exe and then something with WIN.INI--Can someone please tell me how to restore such mess? Thanks!

Unless you know which program hotkey.exe came from! Open Win.Ini with Edit and find entry for hotkey, the REM line out or delete it. Close Win.Ini and save file!

I have a Panasonic KX-P1091I printer. I have contacted Panasonic and they told me that I need the Epson FX-80 driver. I cannot find this so I can install it.
