MSFrontPage2K-trying to install-PageFault Error

Help. Trying to install MSFront Page 2K on a Pentium 100. I get a page fault error at MSCIDEX, in the TOOLHELP.DLL file. When I tried to then load Visual Basic 5.0, I got another page fault; only this one was ACMESETUP, but it was at the same TOOLHELP.DLL. Any suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated!
