Its the only one I know of for Win 3.1. You may have to lower the settings to successfully play mp3s without breaking up. That depends on your computer.
You will definitively be able to download and play mp3s if you have a 486dx266, 16Meg Ram or better.

Summary: I tried a few mp3 players for win3.x but they either didn't install or they keep asking for a CPU with a FPU (floating point unit). I have a 486SX33 with no FPU, I know the 486DX CPU's have one built ...
Summary: have you tried copying a couple of the mp3`s to the hard drive and see if they still skip on the 3.11 system? If they do the system can`t hack it if they don`t the cd is rponble simple :) but i`d say ...
