now I remember what I did to mess up the monitor, I was trying to set it so it was co ering the hole screen and slecteded the wrong type monitor, now I cant see it to change it back sence the monotor is a mess now

Sure, boot to a DOS prompt.
cd\
cd\windows
setup

in setup you can change the monitor without actually re-setting up. This all run in DOS.
