modem drivers for 3.1

I can't seem to find a driver for a modem. I've searched for it on the net and all I get is a not found message. Its made by GVC and it is model #SM-24HN/I. It does need a driver doesn't it?? If it does, does anyone have a driver for it, or know anywhere else I can look for it?? I've looked at windrivers, driverguide, driverzone, and the drivers link here.
Look at the message below yours. You did look at other messages first? No, Well Modems do not need drivers for MS-DOS & Windows 3.1 Your comms or internet package need to be setup in program config. Indeed Windows 95 & 98 do not need drivers. The inf file is just an information file that does the job for you.
