Unless it was designed for use with Windows 3.1 (like some early USR's) you're out of luck. Few software modems supported anything but 32-bit windows and even those that claimed to work with Win3.1 had problems...

Ilyas the answer is the same as before, if you want to use WinModems within W3.x you need to setup in MS-DOS mode within W95 OSR2.5 or later.

As already advised you best bet is W95 OSR2.5 and run your MS-DOS/W3.x software using various workarounds. This was covered in:

Ilyas, you have been given answers why do you post three times to be told that WinModems are WinModems and are for PLUG'n'PLAY Windows. SIGH!
