god i hate how difficult it is to get anything from microsoft.
i found this 'dll storage' place on page 7 of a google search for 'msoe.dll'.... you can find it there too.
are dll hosting sites being targetted for take-down or something?
god, don't even let me go off about how much of a pain it is to get IE working due to microsofts UTTERLY SENSELESS love affair with conxion rather than just giving me the full install archive like a certain netscape corporation does.
