i recently installed a program called RamDoubler for RAm optimization, after some freeze of my win 3.1 , i decided to uninstall it.Now, when i'm playing game, i have an error message:

A memory manager is install on your system and it impare performance.Remouving memory driver will enable maximum performance.

I can't find those ghost drivers.Where are they.

Hi killer:
Sorry to tell you but unless you install a program with it's own un-installer you might be stuck with embedded file that are hard to get rid of. Another thing (a little too late) is that those RamDoubler programs never did help, was always better to add more RAM or buy a larger hard drive than compressing files. You can check your system.ini, win.ini, autoexec.bat files for stuff loaded by RamDoubler & remove it (make copies of those files to a floppy just in case you need to restore them using dosshell in DOS), use sysedit.exe in windows\system directory. If all else fails you can try to re-install Win 3.1 to help run again.
