On trying to access my System Restore on my pc the other day i got this message to greet me -
rstrui.exe - Unable to locate Component
This application has failed to start because framedyn.dll was not found.
Re-installing the application may fix this problem!!!!!!

Iam operating on windows xp home edition internet explorer 6, and what ever i try just seems to say the same.
Somebody please help!!! as my hard drive is virtually full and i dont want to have to re - format if there is a simple solution to the above!!!
