Hello again! Since my first experience was so good here I decided to try again. I am looking for Microsoft Windows 3.0 and 3.1 (not 3.11). If I can download them from a URL somewhere or if someone out here can upload the software to me (in 3.5" diskette zip files, please) and if they are complete, functional GUIs I will contact MS about liceneing the software (but I will keep the SOURCE of the software confidential, of course...). I need both GUIs for test purposes. In return for your help, I will give the FIRST person who provides me with either a working download URL or the software itself a *free* copy of Novel PerfectOffice 3.0 (WPW 6.1, QPW 6.0, Novel Presentations, Envoy, and more -- 27 3.5" disks worth of software!) on CD-R. I will need to test the software first to make sure it is functional. If one person points me to or sends me Win 3.0 and another does the same with Win 3.1 I will give BOTH PEOPLE a free copy of NPO30. Dan, I also am looking for Windows 3.0. I ahve a laptop computer that will only allow 3.0. I have a licensed copy of 3.11 that I will then upgrade. If you find a source for 3.0 coul you please share....Thanks, Richard

go to http://welcome.to/3.1 you'll find windows 3.1, but you have to be patient because they send you into 6 e-mail.

If you need anything older than 5 years old, do a search for "Abandonware." Anyways, windows 3.11 and many other OS's are available off the web at a few of the following sites that are worth taking a look. NOTE: Sometimes OS's are under the Applications section, and sometimes they aren't. http://abanware.cjb.net/ http://deadpirate.cjb.net/ and there is another called BAzool that is especially good, but I can't find the link.
