loading windows 3.1

i was trying to load this onto my old puter a 486... and i was told by the puter that i needed that setup.hlp file which i cant seem to find on any of the disks... when i did find it... the puter said that file was bad and therefore i couldnt load win 3.1 on the puter which i use for a business... can you help me find the file else know where i can pick up another... i got all the orignal set up disks for it.. but i am missing that file so far that i know of... PLEASE HELP!!

You can download all 7 setup disks for windows 3.11 at www.kewlone.com
I've never had the problem you've described, but I'd suggest downloading the disks for win 3.11 and loading them. Maybe you just have a corrupt file on your installation disks.
