I've got SPEAK.exe to play WAV files through the PC speaker, but does anyone know where I can get the Joystick Driver for Windows 3.1 ?

Commonly, the joystick driver used to be included with the soundcard in Windows 3.0 - so if you know what brand and model of soundcard you have, then you should be able to do a search for the correct driver - right online - with search engine like google. If you install the wrong joystick driver, you can actually create more problems or conflicts for yourself. You can also try driverguide.com - must register, but it's totally free. Often, yuo can find defunct, old, and also new driver file there, for just about anything. Hope this helps.

I seem to remember the generic driver came with Win3x games that required a joystick.
