Reply: (edit)If you look most problems have already been asked AND answered more than once - Copy from further down page! Try www.freewwweb.com -It says that you need windows 9x min. But thats only for the browser and dialer. Get IE 4.01 or 5.0 with dialup for Windows 3.1 and you should be fine. Sign up for it and on the last screen, it'll make you download a signup.ins file. Run it, and you'll be all set. Anon
