I'm assuming you mean it's running under a Virtual PC.

You need to specify if your internet is dial-up or broadband...

You'd be better off sticking with broadband...

The same pretty much applies to M$VM2K7; though personally, I'd stay away from IE5 (such a resource hog---and you don't need that in addition to running it under a VM) and go with either Opera 3.62 for Win3x (though still not free as of last check) or Netscape 3x (and turn of java-script). Either way, you're going to find that the internet isn't quite as "exciting" (for lack of a better word) under Win3x as later versions of Windows....
