I installed I.E. 5 for W 3.1 on my IBM 486 Dx 66 computer from CD provided by my ISP, 6 months ago. Now I cannot access Internet Options or Outlook Express. Can I reinstall I.E. 5 right over existing I.E 5, without first deleting it? 32MB Edo Ram, 70 MB of 250 Mb HD is freespace currently.
