I'm trying to get an old laptop working on the internet. Currently uses 3.1 as its OS with no CD-Rom on the machine. Does anyone know of any ISP's that can be loaded from 3.5" disks? (I am based in the UK).

Degs, 3.1 was never an OS - you're running DOS. I'm guessing you mean browser when you say ISP (internet service provider) Try the 16 bit version of Opera at:
http://www.opera.com
among others.
