Hi all,
I've download two differnet copies of windows 95A, but can't get either version to install!!! They seem to hang after I click the "yes i agree". What am I doing wrong?
What type of pc are you installing it on? How much memory/speed ect. Mine worked just fine. Also I did not have to agree with anything it just installed.

i've tried two different machines, a AMD K6-2/500 and an old 486 DX-2/66. The first one has 196Meg RAM and the 486 has 16 with a 500Meg HD and CD-ROM. It doesn't have a floppy, so I can't copy the files to floppy and install.....but i do have a cd-burner and the files copyed to cd.

Sounds like a software glitch, if it doing exactly the same thing on 2 totally different systems.. moreover 95a will not work on the K6 at 500mhz you will need to reduce the clock speed to 300mhz, the AMD patch for this problem only works on 95B

if you are being asked for a registration code or to accept an agreement then you do not have a true version of win95A. you probably have win95B split into floppys from the robert bale site so just find a win95B registration code number from the same site and you should be in good shape.
