I'm running Windows NT 3.51 on Connectix Virtual PC on Windows XP. Everything I've installed has gone very well on it so far, apart from the following.
I've been trying to install Mozilla, and this happens every time I run the setup file: Screenshot: http://homepage.ntlworld.com/paul.adams25/images/Win311/MOZILLAI.jpg
Anybody know what the problem is? I know it's possible to install Mozilla on NT 3.51 as I saw a screenshot of it in the GUI section of http://toastytech.com.
The virtual hard drive is formatted in FAT16. Could it be anything to do with this? And in what ways can I get around this problem?

How much free space do you actually have? have you made the folder it is trying to install in or is it attempting to make the folder when it is installing...

The Virtual Machine with Windows NT 3.51 has 1.46 GB free space, while the host has over 30 GB. It manages to create the folders "mozilla.org/mozilla", then when it's about to start the process of copying files, I get the error message.

The same thing happens on every version of Mozilla and Netscape 6.x+ I've downloaded so it isn't that.

If I remember right, I've also gotten the same error message with multiple versions on Mozilla in NT 3.51. I'm not really sure how to get it to work right. Teh ToastyTech site said that it just installed fine normally, but I haven't had that luck. Apparently I'm not the only one having the problem...
