Comment: I use Netscape 4.08 myself, but this is for those of you who insist on using IE :-(. IE 5 Setup Reads Amount of RAM Incorrectly.
It is known bug, and you can overcome it by using a special command-line switch in Setup. It's setup /f:16. See also:
