Comment: When you install ms-dos 6.22, it made the startup disk, but should it have copied or installed any files to the hard drive??

Reply: (edit)Well, yeah - quite a few. Enough so that you can boot from the hard drive, and about 2 Mb of commands in the c:\dos directory. Should be what, 3 or more disks in the installation set?

Reply: (edit) MS-DOS 6.22 is a three floppy set. 2MB is too small, I have 6.22 and it installs into it's folder with over 6MB of stuff. (Wonder if they name their versions by the size of their folders) Hey Tladmin, you do post quite a lot here. Do you keeps asking questions for one computer or is the admin part of your name true?
