I came across that problem when I used the dialer that came with Internet Explorer 3.x for Win 3.1; try using netscape 3.x dialer or Trumpet Winsock.

I can't. I am using a LAN, don't have a dail-ip connection. I have a ADSL connection and i am unsing a router. To get acces to my lan i am using Microsoft tcp/ip-32 3.11b
