Comment: Greetings! I was given an IBM PS/2E recently, and have a few questions. Is it worth anything? Will I have Y2K concerns with it? Can I still get the PCMCIA modules, or will I have to use an external modem? I plan on giving it to my youngest son to use. I've reformatted the drive and installed MSDOS 6.22 and Win3.1, thus deleting the OS/2 system which made it run sloooooooowwwwww. With Dos and Windows, it's very fast now. The unit is like brand-new, and I'd appreciate any help anybody can offer!

Reply: (edit)Paul, For the IBM PS/2, a good place to start is the Microchannel Enthusiasts Site. Do a search on the internet for "Peter Wendt" and go to his site. You will learn a lot about the PS2 there and find other links. Doug W
