5 inch floppy?? ehh.. Hardly anyone has one of those anymore. Don't you have a 3 inch floppy? I have the software. I'm sure you can downloaded or something. email me if you want it.

If you want to download Win 3.1, try this: http://fb.flashware.net/os.shtml. You can download FreeDOS (MS-DOS compatible and free) from www.freedos.org.

If you don't want Windows, you can use the Seal GUI (32 bit, multitasking, pretty cool, free, downloadable) from http://www.home.sk/public/seal/. Good luck.
