I have an old laptop. i need a boot disk. Well i don't have any files for it i tryed useing win 98 boot disk that got me no where. If you have 3.1 bookdisk files please email then to me thanks

Try my Boot Disks section. Usually a Dos 6.22 based boot disk will do, i have many sources, one is bound to work. If not, try an earlier version of Dos boot disks (depends on which version you installed underneath Win 3.1). HTH

At the C Prompt type VER to find out which version of DOS you have! Windoze is only a DOS program after all!

Well I need a win 3.1 bootdisk too but no, a windoz 95 or 98 bootdisk will not work with windoz 3.1 because, even if windoz is a dos application, it doesnt use the same version of the command.com. You can open windoz with a 3.1 bootdisk but not the contrairy...

here is your boot disk and yes it does work go to my profile page then my briefcase and down load the disk easy as pie :)
