NO to e-mail and NO to sending you a Bootdisk!

WHY? Becouse there is no such thing as a Windows 3.1 Bootdisk (Or 95, or 98 for that matter) What you need is a good Ol' MS-DOS Bootdisk! Goto www.bootdisk.com to get one.

(Windows 9x Bootdisks are still MS-DOS Bootdisks whatever people want to call them) Only use the correct version for your needs

Melisa Greg is right. There is no such thing as a Windows 3.1 bootdisk. Please dont confuse people with your advice. Go take a computer class at a college or something. If you go to www.bootdisk.com you will not find a bootdisk for win 3.1 because there is no such thing.

Melisa if you search the internet for a windows 3.1 bootdisk you will not find one because there is no such thing. If you ask anyone who knows anything about computers they will tell you the same thing. They are all dos bootdisk whether you have win 3.1, 95, or 98. I am a computer tech & have my A+ Certification, I know.

To anyone wanting a Windows 3.1 Bootdisk. Ask yourself...What version of DOS do I have...Then create one yourself with FORMAT A: /S or goto BOOTDISK.COM

well I would like a bootdisk that will work.
I did format c:
and now system will not boot up, needs system disk(bootdisk) what ever it is called. Please help. it is a very old computer. had win3.1 on it.
i went to bootdisk.com and didnt know what to get. plz help.

After getting a new computer, my brother gave me his old one. He says I need a Windows 3.1 boot disk. I know you all said there is no such thing. I know you said to go to bootdisk.com to get one. The only problem is, I DON'T UNDERSTAND! I know nothing about this kind of stuff and i really need help. If somebody would please email me i would really appreciate it. Thanks.
