Probably, assuming you find the correct drivers for it (and they may not be specified as "HP Deskjet 845 drivers", may be from an entirely different printer)...

Just for your information, I have been able to make HP Deskjet 450cb (portable printer) work under Win 3.x. by using the drivers HP used to offer for the old Deskjet 600 series!
