how can i hide exe files in image files (ex. file.exe in image.jpg)and to make the exe file still work

Actually this qeustions stuns me too it is possbible some how. and yes to make a virus, it would be considered, but, id liek to know how so i can hide specific files from people that i dont want them to run HELP!!

im not trying to creat a virus. its more like a backdoor that im trying to find. the man reason for me asking this is because i want to be able to directly access fserves on mirc, but getting someone to dl a .exe extension is a little difficult. haveing someone open a .jpg on the other hand is a simple task.
