Comment: Anyone know how to connect a Windows XP computer to an OLD 1992 IBM PS/2 with WfW 3.11 using a Direct Paralell Cable? Or how to get Intersvr running in Windows XP? I tried running Intersvr and Interlnk on Windows XP, but I guess Windows XP cant redirect drives! It only works in MS-DOS Mode when theres no hard drive booted! Please help!!

Reply: (edit)Adding 'please help' at the end of a post is repetitive and unnecessary You can't run DCC on Win31 - might try something like Total Commander Saying that XP is the most stable MS OS is like saying that asparagus is the most articulate vegetable

Reply: (edit)You might try intersvr/interlnk in config.nt / autoexec.nt If at first you don't succeed, you're about average.M2

Reply: (edit)Thanks, I downloaded the Total Commander program, and it looks ok. I will install the DOS version the next time I get on the old computer.

Reply: (edit)The DOS is a client proggie that runs at the other end. You don't particularly need to download the win31 version unless you plan to run it in that OS. The dream you dream alone is only a dream, The dream we dream together is reality.
