How do you attach Icons to Batch Files or any file for that matter?

Hi I have created a CD that has an AutoRun function. However, since many people have their autorun function turned off they will need to Run/Browse for the .exe file that starts the CD!
I have created a Batch file which will run the program (.exe) on the CD (acts as a shortcut)but I want to have an Icon associated with this file so users can easily find it when they are searching for the "START" file. How do I do this. I am new to Batch File creation but have been successful to start the program that I wanted. Now all I need is to associate this with a special icon in mind.
What would be the command for using an icon?
Your help is very much appreciated. Thank you! -PW
