IBM PS/2 Model 30. Has 20mb HDD. I get a "Track 0 Bad - Disk Unusable" message when trying to do a DOS format (under PC-DOS 3.3 bootdisk)

Not good news - 'track 0 bad' is usually all she wrote. Is this is an old twin-cabled drive, about the size of a hard-cover book? Might try a good 3rd party diagnostic, such as Norton Disk Doctor, but don't hold out much hope.
