Boot PC with Windows startup disk and at the DOS prompt type C: and press enter. If it says "Invalid Drive Specification" type FDISK and create a primary partition. Reboot again and type FORMAT C: and press enter. This will prepare you drive for use.
Next boot your computer with a Windows 98 or ME startup disk and choose "Start with CD-ROM support". Put in your Windows 95 CD and type SETUP at the prompt. It will guide you the rest of the way.
