GSM modem drivers for 3.11?

Does anyone know of (old) GSM phones that have Windows 3.1x (or DOS?)drivers or other 3.1x software which can turn your GSM into a 9k6 modem?
I have software from Dynalink called GSMConnect. Although the Trio Wireless Office software (which comes with the bundle) is definately Windows 3.1x software the drivers for the phones need Windows 9x. My guess is: If Wireless Office software for 3.1x exist there must also exist 3.1x drivers somewhere....
Perhaps some old telephones need no driver at all to work (after connecting it with apropriate cable to your com port)???
