I have a Packard Bell Pack Mate 733. It has PhoenixBIOS A486 Version 1.01.E. When I start-up the computer, it cannot find the HD. It doesn't say anywhere on the screen what button to press to get into the BIOS. How do I do this?

Try CTRL-ALT-S

- with some Phoenix BIOS, this can even be done from the DOS prompt!

For the most part, the key you are looking for is the DEL key...press it while it's checking your RAM.

Hope it helps
