Your username for Freewwweb is your username and domain name, for instance, the username I use is:
mrobert478@freewwweb.com
This name must be entered into the Dial-up Networking log-in screen.

On my home computer, I connected to Freewwweb through Freewwweb's installation file, which configures the iedial.exe file in the Internet Explorer subdirectory. I have Win32's in my Windows/System subdirectory (this can be downloaded from Microsoft), which makes it possible to use some 32 bit applications on 16 bit Windows 3.1 or 3.11
In addition to the Freewwweb installation file, another application that will work with Win32's is the Mosaic web browser.
Good Luck.
