Try www.freewwweb.com-It says that you need windows 9x min. But thats only for the browser and dialer. Get IE with dialup for Windows 3.1 and you should be fine. Sign up for it and on the last screen, it'll make you download a signup.ins file. Run it, and you'll be all set.

WELL ASSUMING THAT YOU ARE IN THE US, I GAVE INFORMATION ON THE US. IF YOU DON'T LIVE IN THE US, THEN TOUGH. GO DO THE RESEARCH AND FIND FREE INTERNET ACCESS YOURSELF. HOW ON EARTH AM I SUPPOSE TO KNOW WHERE YOU ARE LOCATED AND WHAT FREE ISP'S ARE LOCATED THERE??? AS FAR AS I KNOW, ALL THE FREE ISP'S ARE LOCATED IN THE UNITED STATES. ONCE I GOT ONE, I DIDN'T BOTHER HUNTING FOR ANOTHER ONE. SINCE ROBERT DOESN'T SEEM TO BE RESPONDING, HE PROBABLY LIVES IN THE US.
