I don't really understand what you said, but to install Windows 3.1 you just put the first disk int the floppy drive and run the installation from the first disk. Then it'll keep asking for disks and around disk 2 or 3 it'll load a primitive version of Windows and you can use the mouse to finish the installation. What's "it's new OS" you're talking about? Yes, your post is decidedly.. unclear. Win31 requires a standalone version of DOS to run on, as well as a FAT partition. It can be made to work on FAT32 with DOS7.1, but not without some adjustments. Some people are like Slinkies™, not really good for anything, but you still can't help but smile when you see one tumble down the stairs...

And it is nowhere near new. Windows 3.10 was made in 1992, and Windows 3.11 was released in 1994 The only stupid question is the one that is not asked.
