hallo,

i want to code some java stuff, on my old 486, which is networked to my xp box.
since 4MB isn't enough memory, and no good java sdk exist for 3.1 (i know ibm had one)
i thought out this plan: install sdk on xp box, and save my work in a shared folder, and then, from my 3.1 box, launch a .bat file which compiles my java on the xp box...
is that possible? btw:lare there any java ide's for 3.1?

tnx in advance
