i got an old tandy for 3 bucks. I went to boot it up and everything works and it loaded the windows 3.1 screen then it goes off and says error loading display.drv plz help cuz id like to get this baby runnin!

From DOS try:

cd\windows

setup

and check the settings for the display driver - you might need to select plain VGA (16 colours) until you can sort out the difficulty.

It could be that the installed driver was incorrect, or has become corrupted.

May be able to determine the video card make & model using Syschk (DOS) in order to locate & reinstall the driver.
