epson stylus 400 network problem

I have a pc running ms win98 and epson sylus color 400 printer installed on it.
I have shared it as EPSON
I have worked succesfully with another pc with win95.
I'm tryng to share printers with windoiws 3.11 for wokroups.
I have connected and installed it.
But wen i'm tryn to print the epson staus monitor indicated a "network error"

Double check your network cables and HUB. Check if they are working fine and if you cables are correct. (ie. crossover/normal)
