I know that there are MP3 players and MPEG players for DOS and Windows 3.1, but is it possible to play DVDs with these ancient operating systems? If you know of any Win 3.1 or command-line DVD players, could you please link me to them? I'm running this on an AMD64 X2 system, so processing power isn't an issue.

Not likely, since you're talking about an O/S (or more accurately, a GUI) that was invented (and abandonded) years before DVD's...
