i had windows 98 and when i start my copmuter hi ask me to chouse safemode normal and command prompt and i chouse command prompt then i format the hard disk and restart comuter when computer start i put ms dos 6.22 flopy and i see A:/i try to open c: and dos say invalid drive please tell me where i am wrong please my MSN is milan_miladinovski@hotmail.com

First, never post your e-mail address in a public forum unless you just love spam (and virtually no one will reply to you by e-mail anyway).
Second, not sure why you tried to format the drive (you may have lost everything by doing so).
If you need to boot to a floppy for Win98 (which in the case you describe, you should have just booted to a command prompt after selecting that option), don't use a DOS 6.22 floppy (it won't natively see a FAT32 partition on the HDD). Use a Win98 boot floppy available here:

i try yhat and when a put a win 98 flopy a chouse step by step
and on all guestion i type yes=y and when finis i see a:
and i type d:dir and volume in this was ms_remdrive i tru to open c:
and that open i try c:dir and he say me INVALID MEDIA TYPE READING DRIVE C
abort retry fail please help me where i am wrong

Sounds like a bum drive, or maybe a invalid BIOS config...
Either that or it's so mucked-up that only a complete FDISK & Format would save it...

but i put thr hard drive on ma new copmuter and windows 98 start and all work now i now than the hard drive is not foramted
and i back to old computer and i cant open with dos tell me whats the problem
i open a:
and than i type setup and setup i open and when to browse the location on windows i type c:windows and type ENTER and he told me than that not exist
or tell me how to format tha hard drive and make a partition and install windows please tell me

At this point, this is the only thing I could recommend for reinstalling Win98:

But given other symptoms you have (somewhat haphazardly) discribed, I doubt that it would be of much use...
