Comment: For some reason, Windows does not recognize my 2nd hard drive. It's set up right in my BIOS and it is displayed when I boot the computer, but it is not shown in the file manager.

Reply: (edit)Probabely the second HD is FAT32 and will not be recognized by DOS.
Try fdisk, reconfigure and format in FAT16
