I was trying to install a fresh install with w2k. I have a compaq presario1500 series, and I was trying to boot with the w2k bootup floppy's and i keep getting I/O error with disk. I have tried to create other disks thinking my orginals were corrupt, but still the same. I can boot up fine with a w98 disk and NT disk , but w2k bootup disks keep giving me the I/O error. Do you have any idea why this is happening? thank you Mario,NYC
