I almost have my modem set up. I found a copy of CardWizard PCMCIA card managing software, but now I need a copy of the DOS program "Card Services." Any ideas where I can get it?

Where do I get CardWizard for Systemsoft socket software, using cardsoft which only recognizes the mfg and product in slot1, when slot0 is used it hangs up until it is removed. Originally had Dos and WFW3.11, now have Win95 and still hangs up. any ideas?
