My PC cannot start. Always received error msg "While initializing device PPTCHPAD:
Windows protection error. You need to restart your computer". After restart it goes into safe mode. I got this problem while relaoding Win98. Thanks a lot!

could be memory going bad or in the bios disable antivirus detect
