Comment: I have not figured out how to get into the bios on my computer. The mother board is a reply corperation 486 upgrade board for an IBM PS2 Model 50. I have tried a variety of commands to try to get into the bios but I have had no success. I had tried searching around in the Win 3.x forum and did find a mention of an epson disk to enter the bios but that will not work because the floppy drive is not fuctional. Is there a clear place to find information on reply corporation mother boards? Or for IBM PS2 Model 50's> I had tried to search for it on IBM's web page but did not have any luck.

Reply: (edit)Well, since it is a former PS/2 the usual PS/2 stuff won't work. With PS/2, microchannel computers, you booted up to a reference disk instead of entering the BIOS. Setup is done with the microchannel computer using the reference disk and then ADF files for each adaptor card added. If the 16 MB RAM is in 2 sticks try pulling one out and then start the computer and see if it prompts you with a keystroke to enter the BIOS. Good luck
