Not sure on a BIOS, but normally when you boot up your PC on the very first screen there is a key to press t oenter the BIOS depends on Mother board. On realiable PC's this is the DEL key - but you are using a Packard Bell!!!!

What I do on my IBM is unplug the keyboard then plug it back in! Should work!

You sould be able to access it fron Dos (not from dos prompt in windows, windows must not run). Try ctrl-alt-esc
