Comment: I have seen a pic of Windows 3.11 and its Program Manager with a bmp-file as background pic! How can I make Program manager to load a picture into its program window?

Reply: (edit)you should be able to go to control panel get into the backgrounds, pull any bmp. file off a floppy or folder . if i remember, theres a browse button to do that.

Reply: (edit)I've seen that on toastytech too...looks pretty cool..i recall he wrote he used some third party app to do it, so your best bet indeed is to drop him a note..if you find out which app it is, i'd like it you'd mention it here...i'm using 31 a lot more again myself and that's the one thing it's still missing.....

Have to boot up the PC to download it tho (not much use on a mac!)
