I know there are drivers for Win 3.11 cuz the computer was working until I reformated now can't detect it on win 3.11 will somebody help me?

You need to give a little more specific brand and model information on the sound card. If you can't find that info, what is written on the main chip of the sound card?

the software says VOYETRA and the readme file says AUDIO 16 SOUND CARD (BETA) I'll give more info in a little while

In the meantime, if this happens to have an AZTECH chipset in it the drivers should be at the following site. The older AZTECH cards usually have an FCC ID on them similar to the following;
I38-MMSN811
These numbers don't show up at the FCC ID site, so I am not sure why they are called FCC ID numbers, more like model numbers that AZTECH intended to register but never got around to it

Yes it had an AZtech CHipset and I found my drivers by the FCC-ID # Thanks Anyway
